1. Agreement Scope
These terms govern all web design, development, optimization, and technical SEO services delivered by Raikiri to its clients. By submitting an onboarding project request or signing a contract blueprint, you agree to these standard conditions.
2. Design & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of full final payment, all codebase ownership, design assets, text content, and deployment configurations belong entirely to the client. Raikiri retains no proprietary locks on your site, allowing complete independence.
3. Development & Performance Targets
Raikiri guarantees that deliverable files strictly adhere to the technical metrics agreed upon in the project blueprint (including Lighthouse performance goals). Performance audits are completed before final deployment handover.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all text content, branding assets, credentials for hosting/deployment, and prompt feedback inside the feedback window. Development timelines depend directly on timely client handovers.
5. Support & Maintenance Limits
Standard support guarantees apply for 30 days post-launch, covering bug fixes and server monitoring. Extended technical support, content updates, and server maintenance contracts are available under separate service schedules.
